I have a blackberry storm 2 9550.
It fell, it still works but the screen its completely shattered! Is there a way to change the screen only or do I have to get a new phone? What do you guys suggest? My carrier is verizon and I have insurance but they want to charge me for a used phone... what do you guys recommend?

If not, tell me what blackberry is the best?

You can repair the phone and it is more economic to repair than buying a new one.

Google can find you places to buy replacement screen or on eBay. It might be worth getting a digitiser also if the touch sensitivity does not work anymore. Videos can be found on youtube to show you the replacement procedure, it is not particularly difficult.
