I failed to activate blackberry 7520 with Boost mobile. The IMEI in 7520 begins with "01" but boost mobile requires IMEI begins with "00".

anyone knows how to activate blackberry 7520 with Boost Mobile? Thanks a lot.

You can't activate a BB on boost. You need an already activated sim card and just install that card into the 7520. You'll need to do some modding to get the internet and texting to work on boost

You can activate your Blackberry with Boost Mobile, you don't have to use another phone. Just use the automated line 888-boost4u, it will accept your IMEI many have done it. I activated my 8350i using that number and the IMEI begins with 01, no problems.

Does anyone know how I can get my blackberry to work using my boost mobile sim card. I can talk on the telephone but that is all I can do. I would like to send and receive texts, browse the web, etc. Please help thanks. I basically want to make it a blackberry again.
