Is there a specific steps that are required to access my BIS account?

Sometimes the same html address
( https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=mycingular) ==> got this from RIM.com, this forum, & crackberry.com

Give this error message:

Error


The site cannot be accessed in this manner. Please use the URL or link provided to you by your service provider.


Some other times, same address will work just fine.

That happen to me a while back. Had the right URL. I flushed my cashe and cookies (god, that sounds funny) and it worked fine.

you can always use the standby address, www.cingular.com/blackberrystart and then click the link from there

This work very well, so I don't have to flush my browser memory and history ( saving me a from the pain of re-entering all my passwords and web address )
