Just received a brand new (and I mean brand new) 9860 in a trade, and I have an issue. The far left bezel above the micro usb jack has bubbles under the screen, and seems to be slightly raised. If I press hard enough, the bubbles will shrink and recede, but they always come back. I am not the original buyer of the phone, but I do have the box, cords, etc, and I do have an AT&T account. Do you think I could walk into an AT&T store and get it exchanged for free, or ship it to BB, or will they even replace the phone? It is pretty disappointing considering I've had nothing but trouble with Blackberry's since I've owned them, but if BB can help correct this issue, I will be satisfied.

If the device was not stolen, they should be able to help you. You may not get it for free, but I know that when my cousin had issues with the Bold 9000 I sold her some years back AT&T took care of her.
