I assume you are using BlackBerry App World. If so, the things to try are a hard reset (battery pull with the power on, for 30 seconds), then try again; and in app world, hold the alt key and press R, S, and then T, and then launch app world again and try again.
Or, point your BlackBerry browser to blackberry.com/protect and download from there. The browser page will redirect to a mobile friendly page. Look for the download button. Posted via BlackBerryForums.com Mobile
