All of the pictures of the 8320 show the phone with a theme where the icons are at the bottom but some icons, pictures are at the middle of the display. What theme is that ? is that the Zen theme ? how can I see those icons at the middle of the screen ?

Sounds like the TMobile theme with "myFaves" icons in the middle -- one circle for each of your chosen favorite numbers that you can call for free.

For some reason I though this was going to be a theme with the T-Mobile logo

You can unlock this theme with the 81xx, 88xx, 83xx by editing the vendor file...there is a guide on here
