I pass out in year 2014 as a Computer Science engineer. Now I want to do post graduate courses. Please suggest me whether i do it from India or from overseas education, so that I can apply for it.

All depends on where you want to be when done. Most company's will usually consider someone from their own country first. sometimes not.
Second thing is the quality of the local school.
