It's works for Cingular on the 7130 - but that's the only device that will work.

Did not work for me... I am guessing it will eventually work when Cingular gets the 8100...

Works for me on Cingular with 8100. I have two service books: MMS Client and MMS Transport.

Did you upgrade from a 7130? Maybe the Service Books came over with the restore of your data from the 7130?

My 8100 doesnt have those books, and I upgraded from an 8700..

Just a guess

I actually upgraded from an 8700. The 8700 had the 'MMS Client' service book prior to the migration. The 8100 came up with the following service books:

MMS Client [MMS]
MMS Transport [WPTCP]

I have a "Compose MMS" option in my messages menu. It works. I've sent and received them.

i have both of thoses service books, and when i go to send a message it also gives me the option to send mms, but it will not send or receive the messages, when u get a incoming mms, you have to go and retreive the message, or does it just pop up?
