Default Phone Book, Compose, and Saved Message icons are in greyscale

Please Login to Remove!

So the icons are in greyscale which isn't a huge deal from visial point of view, however in the phone book all the contact names are listed but their phone numbers are missing.

I am using a BES.

any ideas?

thanks!

do you have the 8700 or the 8300? your profile states one, this is the forum for the other

first i would try and switch themes to another then back
second, did you remove anything from the OS using JCs thread on optimizing your device?

They are hidden icons. highlight them and click the menu button, and uncheck "hide"

ok the hidden icon thing worked. Now what is the issue with the contacts? It still has the issue with not getting all the contact information.

Have you opened up the contact? I know these are stupid questions, but its better to ask then tell you to reactivate to the BES right off the bat.

If you look at the list, you'll see no numbers until you open the contact. then you should see all of the info that you have in outlook.

It could, if you remove the wrong things and are not careful. If you follow it to a T, then you shouldn't experience anything of consequence.
