Hiya,
I'm having problems with receiving calls on my BlackBerry Bold 9900, sending calls works just fine. But when someone tries to call me it goes straight to voicemail. Help would be appreciated

Do you have call forwarding enabled?

When I make a call I get a popup saying Call Forwarding - Conditional. I've tried going into Call Forwarding and disabling it, but I get an error saying "The Operation Failed". Any ideas on how I could fix that? Thanks

Maybe it was setup using your phone code for forwarding. Not sure. Is there a way you can check from your carriers page or something? Not sure who your carrier is (Lyca in UK, or Lyca the MVNO)

I'm using Lyca UK. I'm not sure how I should check that. Anything I can try?

That's a relief as the mvno
doesn't seem to offer a way of enabling and call forwarding. Is there a website where you can login and check your settings? I can look around when I get home but on my mobile now.

I swapped my Sim Card over from my other phone and that fixed the receiving call issue. I can just buy another card if that helps. Thank you for your support. I really appreciate it
