Dammit. Couldn't you people have let the dream linger just a few minutes longer?

Dude on another BB forum posted he had a Bold in his hands (somebody got him one early) and that the launch date was approx. June 12 from ATT. Now don't hold him to that................

I have no idea what this means, but I will SWEAR that I saw a guy playing with one on the streets of NYC last Friday. If I hadn't been with a group of co-workers I totally would have stopped and asked him. Corner of 45th and Third, fyi. Maybe a pre-release or whatever, but nice to see one in the wild.

Apple getting into bed with AT & T is as ludicrous as Bill in bed with Hillary! Just does not work for me.

You probably did. There's many of them in the wild. I saw at least a dozen people using them at WES in the middle of May. (Probably RIM employees, or close partners.)

This makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

Don't blame him one bit. People have been mugged on the streets for items worth a lot less than a BlackBerry Bold.

I was a little unclear as well but I think they're referring to how Apple takes down their site prior to launching new products?

I think you're giving him too much credit. Perhaps he thinks the Bold is an Apple product?

When that one was posted the thread above this one was related to apple and BB (can't remember which one, off hand though) - I figured it was just posted in the wrong thread by accident.
