sup everyone.. im new to the forums and im also new with blackberries.

i need help with the desktop manager. first of all, i have an 8700g and when i plug my blackberry in and open desktop manager a list of applications updates available comes up.

so i click on Update Now and i click next until it starts. then it does "connect to device," "back up device data," then "connect to the device ROM." after that it just stops and i get the "unable to complete the loading operation" message and it says "Device communications error encountered. [A:0x0000000E]"

the only option i can do from there is to close it.. im hella confused! i dont know why its doin that but i hoped someone here does and can tell me what i can do.

ive tried googling it and searching the forums but i cant find anything.

any kind of help is much appreciated. thanks in advance
