Rotating Wallpapers?

I found a program through Google that is supposed to automatically rotate up to 10 wallpapers for free, but the program never worked for me.
A program to rotate whatever wallpapers I pick would be ideal, but I have only been able to find even one theme that was free and had a wallpaper slideshow (although the icons are animated and I think I'd rather it be simpler on the home screen).
Was wondering if people knew of programs that did this that actually worked.
I would look into paying for a theme, but I think I'd rather have the choice of pictures, and the ability to change which ones rotate.
