Default Z10 wifi non connection

Please Login to Remove!

I have lost Wifi after updating my software after a heating problem
I don't have a wifi icoin and wifi wont turn on
It sayus I need to have transceiver on but of course there is no reference to that anywhere,
what the hell do I do the BB repair centre say send it away for a month

So, you can move the wifi software switch to on, but the wifi radio is not turned on, you have no wifi capability on the device. And you have updated the software, so software issue is unlikely.

Sounds like wifi hardware has failed. Sounds like repair shop believes this is the case.

Buy a new BlackBerry.

Or try reloading the software and do not do it over the air. download it to a PC and run it there.

I think it also have a hardware problem if service center want to keep it for a month.

Factory reset or reflash its system if it does not still work maybe wifi hardware has the problem.
