On your SD card, create a new file, name it
on the email message in the Hub, place finger on message and hold.
on the pop-up settings to the right, choose -file and place in the file you created

Hi DC/DC

Thanks. But theres no option to save messages in the Z10 userguide.

Thanks GeoLab. do you mean to create folder on the SD Card and file the email in to it?
i already have an SD Card with plenty of folders with media files in it that i transfered from my last BB, but no option within the Hub to save a message into the media card. It only allows you to file a message in to its parent email folder.

can you be more specific?

the problem i have is the device's sync time frame is by default set to 30 days. i have a few emails that i may need to keep. how do i do that?
it was possible on an older BB such as the 9780. i'd highlight an email, press menu key and Save Message.
