I have a user who brought me their BB this morning with the wrong date. I checked options only to find that the Network date was wrong. It was a day ahead. I called Nextel BB support and they stated that this was a known issue (the tech said his BB had had the wrong date too).

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a work around? The OS on the device is 4.1.0.136.

I noticed this the other day and switched it to blackberry time instead of network. You should be able to do the same.

go to options, then date and time and change the fields

everyone is experiencing this....the network time has been messed up throughout diff parts of the nation for weeks. it is expected to be resolved soon... as long as you arent using telenav, you can just set it manually.

I have Nextel and my 7100i has the correct network time (if that is the time displayed). It has always had the correct time, according to my Tag Hauer and Time Warner Cable. I'm in North Carolina which is EST.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. It has been driving my crazy to figure this out for a couple of weeks now. I asked about it then in this thread, but no one knew the answer.

Are they getting closer to resolving this issue. It's not affecting my blackberry, but I am just anal when it comes to things like this.

It is still an issue for me. Here is how I look at it. If I have my devices on network time and I cross time zones, I don't have to mess with the clock or time zone settings. If I am on BB server time I need to remember to reset my time zone to reflect the correct time.
