My blackberry pearl 8120 is not connecting using wifi, i have no data plan.
i have only wifi browser.

Because you have no data plan, you do not have the proper service books for WiFi. Most likely, your carrier blocks WiFi access without a BB data plan an the service books. Some do that, others do not.

It means there is some issue with router configuration. Can you help me in this to configure the router properly?

WEll, the Blackberry can connect to the router, so it is connecting.
Are you saying you cannot load a page with the hotspot browser?
