So I just got my Q10, current phone is the Bold Touch. With old Blackberrys it was super easy to do a transfer of the phone using the desktop manager. You would plug in old phone it would back up then it would ask to plug in new one and bam you are done. How do I do that with the Q10? I need to transfer my Bold Touch stuff to the Q10. I notice they use different type of desktop managers. Any help?

Download the latest version of BlackBerry Link - it is the desktop equivalent sort of for BB 10. One of the options is to move your data from an older BB (Bold Touch) to the Q10.

Some people have reported issues. But it's the only way.
