Found a number of posts that talk around this issue but none that talk directly to it:

What is the best way to clean the camera lens?

After upgrading the OS recently I noticed the camera was taking significantly crummy pictures - not as crystal clear as they once were. Thinking this is a coincidence and have to believe it's crud around the lens as I don't use a case or skins.

So any camera cleaning tips that work well? Thanks.

a q-tip and maybe some compressed air should do ok.
i dunno about maybe a dab of alcohol on the q-tip maybe too?
(i'm not sure if it would damage anything)
