Default Hosted Blackberry Enterprise Server

I hope this is the correct forum. If it isn't, I apologize in advance.

We have a client that is looking at 2 options with Blackberry Enterprise Server.
1) We buy it and host it on their exchange server
2)Look into a hosting company.

So far it seems companies want to host exchange as well as BES. Is that a must for this to work?

Well, considering that the BES needs to be in the same domain as an Exchange server, hosting both makes setting that up a lot easier I would think.

So they have their own AD/Exchange setup in their environment already? If that is the case, then putting a BES in their environment would simpler.

You could migrate to Domino and then it wouldn't be an issue ... but yeah Exchange and BES need to be together ... generally on the same LAN

Sorry Eltate but that's blatant SPAM...you haven't posted previously to BBF at all, and then hop on this thread and post blatant spam...

Exchangemymail who are a BBForum sponsor also do hosted/bes & exchange services and generally get a very good write up from their customers. They also sorted out one of my customers really well so I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else who wants hosted exchange/bb
