Hello All,

I just lost all the ringtones on my 9930. A BBM message came in, and I just noticed I didnt hear the usual tone. I checked the phone and all the default ring tones were gone. The only tones left were "all alerts", all voice notes", "all music".

Anyone know how to fix this?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried a battery pull? Did you install any new apps recently? What OS are you currently using?

Yes, I pulled the battery several times. I haven't installed any new apps either. The latest app I installed was BlackBerry Traffic, and that was over 2 weeks ago.

I am running OS 7.1

I'd recommend reinstalling your OS (the latest if you don't already use it). You may also want to wipe the phone before installing the OS. Make sure all your data is backed up.

I've reinstalled my OS 7.1.. but still the problem persists.. is there any other way to solve this problem ? thanks...
