8900 Data Issues

I am having some data issues. The deal is I can SEND data like BBM (other people see the red X next to my BBM name), emails and browse the web on the T-Zones browser, however I cannot RECEIVE emails BBM or browse on the actual browser... I have called up and done plenty battery pulls, service book resends, host routing table re-registers, loaded the original .114 back on, wiped the device and re-loaded both .114 and .239, and now I am at a loss. They told me I may have to send it back, but I just didn't want to because I already used a screen protector for it! Any other ideas on what to try would be sweet. Thanks!
