Is this a new Pearl or have you had it a while and it just started doing this? Have you tried downloading new service books?

Have your carrier resend your service books.

This is the information that is unique to each carrier that enables your phone to work. The service books have all of your configuration settings and information in them.

Tell them your browser is not working and to resend your service books. It also wouldn't hurt to shut down your phone and pull the battery then power it back up to see if that solves your problem.(I'm guessing you have already done this)

It should, if this is what the problem is. I've had it happen to me before and it fixed my browser issue.

Yes, unlimited with AT&T. If you do not have a data plan then this is your problem. You must have one to browse the net
