slow sync and strange errors

Hi,
again i have some problems and here its the right place to receive answers
i have a blackberry server with 23 users and exchange 2007 on win 2008
the problem it is with address book sync which is very slow(may take hours to sync in both ways)
i see some errors in alert log file but i don`t know how to read this
