Hi all,

I've seen similar problem but mine affects two users only. Appointment created in BlackBerry doesn't appear in Outlook. (BES 4.1, Outlook 2007, Exchange 2010, Server 2008 Ent). They also not receiving invitations on handhelds. As I said all other BB seem working fine, so it makes me thinking that it is related to user profile.



What I did:

1. Compared handheld settings(working and non working) - they are exact

2. Checked user account with IEMSTest.exe

3. Checked - mapi.dll and cdo.dll seem OK

4. Checked and compared output of "get-mailbox -identity "BESadmin" | select AddressListMembership - this again looks OK
