This is kind of silly, but it is a real issue! I've found myself using Skype several times to call a credit card because I only had their number in text.

This is great!!! The othr day i was trying to call the automated banking thing and couldn't figure out the number 800-YES-2000.
I actually asked the lady next to me to show me her normal cellphone so i could see what numbers the YES part corresponds to...
