The first time it happened, I deleted everything in all of my folders, but it still didn't disappear. Then one day, it just disappeared. Now it is back again. I'm not sure what I'm doing to make this happen.

Nah...
First of all, there's hardly ever a need to do a battery pull for a reset. Just do Alt+Right Shift+Del and the device will reset.

Second, I used to get this on an older version of my 8310. What version is you 8330 running? Consider upgrading.

I tried the Alt+Right Shift+Del, but that didn't work. So I tried the battery pull for a total reset and that worked.

RoNNY, I have v4.5.0.127 (Platform 3.4.0.20) do you know if that is the most current os?

"Alt" is right under the "A" key
Right shift is runder under the "$" and Enter keys
Del is to the right of the letter "L"

You gotta hold Alt, then hold the Right Shift, then hold Del (so once you press a key you continue to press it).
