On the home screen or in a folder, click the Options icon.
Click Security > Parental Controls.
Select the Enable checkbox to turn on Parental Controls.
Select one or more of the following options to allow or limit the use of the feature:
To allow phone calls, select the Phone checkbox. To limit incoming calls to stored contacts, select the Limit incoming calls to contacts checkbox.

the problem is that I dont have parental controls in the main menu of the phone but its good idea, will try to find any app for that
