Just got mine today. It acts kind of weird, it doesn't always want to start charging when I put it in the cradle. I have to wiggle it around some.

I got mine today, and while I love using it to charge...I am disappointed that I can't sync when it's in the cradle. Call me stupid, but I thought it could do both.

I had to replace my 8830 every 7-13 months because the USB connection broke/stopped worked from a lot of sync-ing and charging. I was hoping to not have that problem with my Tour by getting a charging pod/ However, it appears, I've only reduced the USB charging issue by 50%.

Sounds like a good deal, even at today's price of $12.75. I would order them for all our users, I would need 10 pieces, but refuse to pay $59.90 shipping for a box that weighs less than 5 pounds.

I've had a few issues purchasing from independent vendors through Amazon. Things aren't exactly what they appear to be. For example, the bluetooth I ordered showed black on the screen but was silver when I got it. Not a big enough deal to return, but not what I was sold either.

For another $3 each, I get free shipping and know that I'm getting the right thing when I order through Verizon online.
