are there any todo list type applications that also hook into a web based service out there?

ie. you can use the web to ad items, and view them on the blackberry using a custom software (as oppose to just the browser)?

Lots of people use ToDoMatrix (just google it). I personally use Remember the Milk for my tasks/to do list. I can log-in to the Remember the Milk website and do whatever I want with my tasks and they have a small app that is installed on my BB that will wirelessly sync my to do list with my native task list on my BB. More importantly to me, I have the Remember the Milk interface integrated on my Google Mail page.
