I have a user who has requested that the Blackberry show the oldest emails on top and newer ones below it. within Outlook he organizes his emials from oldest to newest and wants to emulate that on his BB. I had a quick look on his BB and searched the forums but did not see any settings for that. Anyone know if this is possible?

I don't believe this is possible. If he wants to see the oldest email, he could always press the b key to go to the bottom.

I can only think of B for bottom, T for top.

No, you cannot change the display order of the emails - either by a setting on the BES or on the device.

Sorry. The tips above (B and T) work well. Can also use space bar to page down thru the messages.
