I just wanted to make sure that I can upgrade directly from 4.1.5 (bundle 79) directly to service pack 7. We run just a single BES server so all teh software is on one server. Database is SQL. Should I be stopping all the services before I start the Service pack install? Anything known to cause issues that I should be aware of?

Go straight to SP 7 and choose highest MR

they have always been culmative.

yes stop all BES services, backup database and run the SP installer
also read the release notes on it.

I read the release notes for SP7 (http://docs.blackberry.com/en/admin/...1-4.1.7-US.pdf) and it doesnt really go into install instaruction at all, just the fixed in this release and known issues.

I am sure its a pretty straight forward SP install?
