the first and last just look severely squished and stretched... not cool.

Your other wallpapers you pasted today have looked nice.

Yeah I noticed. I'm working on better versions. Will repost later.

The difference is that on this, the faces of Mt Rushmore, it is easy to see the squished and stretched distortion, because it is faces.

On your other wallpapers/images, I see they are done the same way either stretched or squished to fit the pixel size of the image needed. What you should be doing instead is creating or grabbing a base image and then either cropping to the pixel dimension you need (such as 320x240) as you need, rather than stretching them in your graphics program.

I suppose you think you know a thing or 2 about images, huh? Sheesh. Know it all

Yeah that's what I was doing. Trying out a shortcut. Didn't work out so good. I'll go back to doing it the long way or I'll go back to creating my own images at the proper res. Thanks for the input.

Getting images down to 240x260 to fit a pearl though is not easy. I was able to fix the Rushmore pics but I had to add a border. Not great for the 240x260 but ok for the 480x320. Just not sure of the color for the border. I have 2. Black and White.
