I am planing to buy 8900, my brother already bought bold 9000, but when we tested the wifi surfing on bold it's little slow, slower then nokia for example. Also i read that bold's main disadvantage is wifi unstable surfing. So...my question is, am i going to have the same problem with 8900? Is the 8900 wifi surfing descent, i mean in speed?? Did u had any problems with surfing via wifi on 8900? I won't have data plan so i am planing to use only wifi. Thanks guys! This info will be very useful to me!

You will probably find that the nokia you used had 3G. The 8900 only has GPRS. Try the new bold out now I think it is the 9700. This has 3G.

both bolds have 3g. If your using wifi to post, then the difference shouldnt be much. I compared my wifi to my brothers 3g iphone and mines a bit faster :S. Not sure about nokia though.

Did you mean that surfing with WiFi is slow? If that is, I can confirm. It's not very fast to use with WiFi, but it's not much slower than any other mobile I've used. The only phone I've tried that has a better surfing experience than the BB is the iPhone...
