I tried to send photos from my device to laptop via bluetooth.It is getting paired. File transfer is not taking place. I get error message stating " Service File Transfer is not found on device" I tried connecting through Desktop Manager by connecting through Bluetooth, but getting same error message. Please advise how to transfer media file via Bluetooth to PC.

Sounds like your missing drivers on your compy. You'll need to update your BTstack drivers

I have updated device software. Still unable to send via bluetooth. Getting error as Device BB8900 does not support file transfer
