With BES 3.6.2.14 and Exchange 2000 I'm trying to adjust how the "lookup" function on the device works.

Currently in our Exchange/AD we have an internal extention number in the AD/Exchange "phone" field (formatted as "83-5555" for a number that is 555-555-5555). The "Business" field in our AD is formatted correctly as 555-555-5555.

The problem occurs when someone using a blackberry attempts to lookup an internal phone number and then dial it. the device dials "83-5555" instead of 555-555-5555.

Is it possible to configure BES to send the "business" phone number to the device rather than the "phone" phone number?
