Nope completely different 8310 Crimson, this was new only used for about 1 month (fiance's), hope that helps.

***Unlock Update***

I apologize for any decrepencies, the 8310 will be unlocked (rest assured), there has been a delay in recieving the "unlock code" (system delay per At&T supposed to have had as of yesterday), device should be Sim Unlocked no later than this Wednesday if not sooner...appreciate the understanding, will update thread as soon as I unlock the 8310, thanks...
