Trying to see if I am the only one seeing this issue.
I have a user on our BES server who called me complaining about weird information posting when she responds to an email. Basically it appears the Blackberry 7100n she has crashed and she is having various issues now. When she replies to an email various information from her notes are automatically pasting in TO: and CC: fields. This is the first time we have seen this but I guess there was a similar issue with BES 4.0 when it first came out a year and a half ago. I tried wiping the databases through the desktop manager but it appears that it didn't resolve the issue. We re-sync'ed the Blackberry to the server but still the same issue. Also if I wipe the handheld from the handheld and use the Hard reset button maybe it would fix the issue? Please advise.
