Welcome to the forums.

This OS will work on any 9530 regardless of the carrier.

Default File is not there

I used the DOWNLOAD HERE link where "Software Download for Bell Mobility Inc. " is at the top of the page. Using the pull down list 9530 isn't listed. What am I missing?

Default quick search

Upgrade went well. The only issue now is the quick search feature in email (where you just hold your finger over the sender or subject) no longer works. Anyone else experience this or have a fix? Thanks.

That search feature does work in .122, did for me. Pull your battery and reboot and try again.
It also works in .132.

Thanks. I found the issue. The hover time got changed to 1000 somehow. The search funtion worked if I held my finger there way too long. Changed the time to 500 and it's back to normal.

So how do people feel about the full keyboard in portrait view? This my first OS upgrade so it is the first time that I have used the keyboard in that view. I have only had the upgrade for about an hour, but so far it seems difficult to type in that mode. Does it get better with practice?

the upgrade to .122 went all smooth... no problems whatsoever until this morning when I tried to open the youtube application. It keeps giving me "Connection error. There was a problem establishing the connection. (java.lang.Illegalargumentexception: ecpecting small float)" " error message. I've done battery pulls, also cleaned the memory.... But that aparently has nothing to do with the OS. looks like youtube is having some problems all the way through builds from .75 to .132

I am using build .75 and I am having this problem as well. Started for me last night at about 1:43am. Still can't get past this error even now. I first thought it was my phone too. Obviously not now.

Been running this OS for a little over a week now, seems to be very stable and very fast. I think I'll be keeping this one for a while.

I'm a noob, and I'm having trouble trying to install this to my phone. Can anyone help me? I have already downloaded and installed this to my PC, deleted vendor file, and am stuck. I've backed up my device and don't know where to go from here. I can't find loader.exe and have followed the instructions. This is my first upgrade.

I found it. Double clicked it. After a few seconds a message pops up and says no additional applications designed for your device were found.
