I am having a blackberry in which Facebook application is not working. give the error of Dta Services????

Try resending your service books.

Go to options > advanced options > Host Routing Table, hit BB button and click register.

If that doesn't do it, you have one of a couple issues. Either you don't have data because of no plan or there is something going on with your service.

You might also try updating Facebook to make sure you have the most current issue.

Also, Facebook itself seems to have some issues once in awhile where the app doesn't want to work.

I am having the same "Could not connect because a data service is not available................." Error. Had any body come with an idea to knock down this problem like a solution for BlackBerry Browser is available on anworm.com without using BlackBerry Data Services

There is no workaround for apps that use BlackBerry data. Sorry, skeezers. Try a Nokia phone. You can use T-Mobile's TZones.

Thanks for your response. I am afraid I am not agreed with as I have mentioned on the top that I am using my BB Browser without service books from my carrier. The service book I have is from bb.anworm.com and with these books I am able to use my normal 2 GB plan without any BIS. There must be some workaround which is not in our knowledge. If any body have please mention and if any body using face book with BIS specially in pakistan contact me.

Guys i am having the data plan i am trying to connect it by vodafone mobile connect and my browser is working perfectly okay. Except facebook all the apps. are working also my nimbuzz is working...

What happens when you go the the facebook site through your actual browser? If you can get to it through there I would suggest to save it a bookmark or something like that.
