How do I do clean os install. Can I just do complete clean up erase before I install new os file. I think I got corrupted files on my BB

Check the FAQ for Jl_cmdr. Wipe the device with that and then reload the OS.

Make sure you have a good back up however ---- just in case.

You will need to reinstall all 3rd party apps however.
