Default Email woes...

Please Login to Remove!

Is anyone having trouble replying to emails with the .132 update? I have a vzw.blackberry.net address and when I can click on Reply and type in my text normally, but when I press the BB button to choose the option Send, it;s not in there! Send it not in there at all. Ok, I just replied and Send was in there this time. Sometimes it is in there and most times it is not. Weird. Ok I just clicked on Reply from a previous email I received at the same account and I get the same problem. No send! This is Twilight Zoneish! Any idea what is wrong? Like I said, it is the same email and the same person writing from his same email address but sometimes there is no Send option. I added a photo.

From a pc log into your vzw account. I'm mobile so I don't have the link but google vzw bis and you will find the link. Log into your account then click resend service books

Ah yes... I tried that... and it said that I don't have an account. when I tried to register it said I already have an account. Sooooooo... I have no idea what to do here. Verizon and Blackberry won't make up their mind I don't have an account. I do have an account. What gives? heheh

You need to use your vzw login. If you can't get in click the I forgot my password link

I did. It says that I don't have an account. Then I reregister and it says I already have an account. What does this do actually anyways? Can't I just do a battery pull and voila?

This gives you control over filters and signatures. If you have a vzw account you had to have registered. I'd call csm service if you can't log in

I believe you can send the service books from the device.

Options> Advanced Options> Host routing table> register

I have a bunch of Verizon in the list, a BUNCH of them.... do I have to register each one or does it register everything automatically or what? Sorry for all the questions. This is my first Blackberry and I am still trying to get used to it and I am loving it more and more... Just disregard all my rants about it. It was because of the crappy .75 software. .132 is great. My phone is noticeably faster and better now.
