Can we install Monitroting service on our BAS or BES server as well?

What are the precautions?

System resources consumption?

I don't think it is recommended by RIM. Try to use a different machine.

As long as you have enough memory you can run both on the same server. We do.

The only restriction with BMS is it should not be install on the same server as MDS-CS.

We have already one instance of BES Monitoring and it's processing is going to 100 % and then down and then back up and then it just remained there until we had to stop the Application core service.

I cant pinpoint why monitoring core exe file would take up all the processing.

You should not co-host the BMS. If the BES has problems, then the BMS also has issues and can't alert you
