So I was at work today on a 8 foot ladder doing some stuff and all of the sudden i hear a bang. Turn around to see my blackberry on the floor. My guess is it hit the conner of a metal shevel.


I would do a inline but its huge.

Its covered under the damage warranty but they might replace it on the spot or send it out to a tech to try and replace the screen. Who knows.. I can't have downtime... I need it for work..

Is it just the lens? or is it the screen cracked also?

If it's just the lens, you may be able to con your provider into letting you use this one till they have a replacement at a store that you can pick up. It might suck that it's got a huge crack in the lens that's interfereing, but at least you'd still be able to use it till the replacement arrives.

Screen is dead. Could take 2 weeks.

I fell and cracked my screen. You can read about my quest to get a replacement. I was succesfull.
