i am getting all my messages through fine. if you arent getting some of your mail go to options > advanced > host routing table > menu > register now. if that doesnt work resend your service books. if that doesnt work, remove the accounts from the BIS, wait 10 minutes or so, then re-add them. During that 10 minute downtime remove the service books from your device by going to options > advanced > service books and deleting all but the provisioning service book

I am having issues with my BIS e-mail as well. I have resent the service books twice (once from the device and once from the T-Mobile BIS web site). The e-mail accounts' service books haven't made it to the device.

try the removal instructions i posted up a few posts. Remove the emails from your BIS account, and then remove the service books from your device. wait 10 minutes and re-add the email accounts. (just do this for the non-working ones)

It's kind of ridiculous that we even have to do this; the average consumer isn't going to a) know there was an outage or b) know how to resolve this or where to look for answers.

I'm not sure who the Big 4 are, but Alltel isn't fully up in Central VA. alltel.blackberry.com isn't accessible from either the BB or the web, so It isn't possible to resend the service books. The browser works, I can load the WAP site and all my bookmarks, but I can't connect to the New Email Setup site.

I meant .com; I'm still getting a blank white page in Safari. In Firefox, I get the "connection has been reset" error. I'm not able to log in. I've done a battery pull, resent my service books, and re-registered my Berry through Options-->Advanced Options-->Host Routing Table. Still nothing. at&t in Columbus, Ohio.
My BES is working; not my BIS.

Sith Apprentice is wrong. I'm not receiving any email on 2 T-Mobile blackberries in Bethesda, MD. And T-Mobile's BIS site is not up, either.

T-Mobile has an 8 minute hold time. Clearly, there is a major outage.
