Default Blackberry Protect

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, Anybody knows why when I log onto BB Protect it doesn't see my device? The BB Protect software is turned on, on my bb z10. The location identifyers are all turned on.

The HELP section online is telling me that I must be connected to an Enterprise System....but I'm not.

Anybody can help me?

Thanks

Campi

You are trying to view your device at protect.blackberry.com ?

I don't see anything about Enterprise Activations.

Go to Settings>BlackBerry Protect on your device and turn off the (Protect) service. (Location services only need to be enabled if you want to find out the device's location and does not need to be used as a requirement for Protect to be active)

Go to protect.blackberry.com and sign in with your BBID. Do you see your device listed?

Thanks ZombieBerry,

I don't get it though. What you said actually worked. I turned the BB Protect OFF on my Z10 and now I see it on the BB Protect page online.

That doesn't make sense to me at all.

In fact, this morning, when I first logged onto the BB Protect website, I couldn't see the device. It prompted me to turn BB Protect ON, on my Z10...I did and I still couldn't see it online. Now, you had me turn if OFF on my Z10...and now I see it online.

Super weird. I don't get it at all.

Any thoughts??

I had to do the same thing. I turned my phone off (with protect turned off as well), turned off location services and then logged into protect.blackberry.com and made the device play a sound.

Turn your device back on and enable Protect. You will hear the ringing as the phone is quite loud. You should see your device appear on the website when you turn your device on.
