Unhappy 9630 Keyboard Problems

Please Login to Remove!

The infamous keyboard problem has surfaced in my Tour (branded on Verizon).

Last night, went to do a weekly battery pull (just to keep things in check) and get things going before bed. Woke up this morning to my alarm (as usual), only I couldn't shut the damn thing off. Then I realized I couldn't do anything--trackball functions on the scroll setting, but absolutely no key function whatsoever (including the side soft keys). The software seems to be functioning correctly outside of the hardware problem.

A glance at the moisture indicators shows them to be as normal.

Thoughts and ideas before I run to Verizon to claim the insurance?
