Default Plantronics 855/Bold/Volume too low

Please Login to Remove!

Hey all--
I just bought this cool new Plantronics BT headset, and it works fairly well, but the volume is way, way too low. I've tried everything I can think of, but I must be missing something. Any ideas?
Also, the "headset EQ boost" and "bass boost" functions on the Bold music player seem to be inop. At least I can't tell the difference when they are activated and saved on the device?
I've checked about everywhere I can think of, so any help would be great.
Thanks.
Mike
