Default Laggy Blackberry

Please Login to Remove!

I got my BB a month ago and it was working fine. All of a sudden, today, it decides to get all laggy.

Every single time I want to perform an action, even change profile, the I don't know what you call it, but like a little clock-like timer comes on in the middle of the screen with a hand going round and round, and it takes forever to perform whatever action I want. EVERY SINGLE ACTION, even deleting e-mails, opening e-mails or texts or whatever.

Why is it suddenly all laggy??? Does anyone know what's going on? It's really annoying!

It says I have no free space on my application memory. I don't even know what that is. =/

I also don't know what a battery pull is.

No space means its laggy. It has no memory with which to work with.
battery pull = open the back, take out the battery. leave for 30 seconds. then replace. wait for boot up

Thanks you!!!!!! :D

I did the battery pull and it's working normally again. My application memory is now 28.1MB, which is strange. I haven't done anything to my blackberry since I got it.

Is this normal?

could be, you loaded any apps? facebook etc?

to clear memory a battery pull every week is advised if you dont do things like this:

application memory is where the Os is installed, where apps are installed, and where messages and browser cache are stored.

to delete browser cache:
open browser
menu - options - cache operations
highlight the clear/delete on all options and click.

delete sent messages (all types)
and messages you don't need.

also you could consider removing applications, including those pre-loaded.
i.e. languages. remove all but the languages you use.
remove bb maps if you use google maps.
remove bb messenger if you dont use.
same for games, help, memopad, docs to go etc.

I sometimes have this problem and am very familiar with pulling the battery. However, I cannot find the memory option. I have an 8330. I do have options but not memory? Any suggestions?
