Hi, in beginning to use my new TOUR, the font email in just one of my 2 inboxes is way too large. Why is it just 1 email box and not both? And how do I change this setting for all/that specific inbox?

What OS version is on the device?

What type of email? GMail?

This sounds like the firmware bug in OS version 4.7. It goes away with OS version 5.0.

yes both are gmail. but why 1 account and not the other?

When I go to "About" heres what I see:

Are you accessing in the browser on or in the native email app?

Try Options > Screen & Keyboard to set the font type and size you want. Just know that it will be the font the BB uses for almost everything. There is no font setting for just email. It keys on the general device font.
